Ps : Check-in at 1 pm & Check-out at 11 am. All rates are extendable on prorate basis.

Superior are upper floor river facing rooms & Deluxe are lower floor garden facing rooms.

To cater your other meal requirements we do have Buffet / a la carte order facility available at our restaurant & room service, on additional cost, kindly make use of the same).

Further, please send your earliest confirmation, once confirmed, total payment need to be paid as advance 3 days by cheque / DD / cash / CC (authorization form / Online payment link).

Resort’s booking policy is 100% advance payment (by cash / cheque / DD / direct online transfer / CC).

Policies:

* Rates are valid on said dates, except on days of higher tariff than it has. Please visit our website for detailed tariffs as per seasons. During long weekends & long public holidays, the management will levy additional supplement charges on & above the above-mentioned rates. These supplement charges are mostly incorporated on the applicable high peak season days, however if any additional than the same would be informed while confirming the said bookings. ON peak dates resort follows compulsory meal policy, this, if not billed in the package price, will be informed at the resort on arrival. The above-mentioned rates are subject to change without prior notice; please reconfirm the available / applicable rates with the sales office while booking the required no. of rooms for the required dates. Booking, cancellation / postponement & early check out policies will be applicable as per management policy. Right of admission reserved. As per govt. regulation, please carry a valid ID proof, which need to be shown at the reception at the time of check-in.

Tax details:

1st November, 2017 onwards GST is applicable on room & food. Currently 18% & 28% GST is specified on room and 5% & 18% on Food. Applicable % as per slab specified by GST dept. is already mentioned & it will be charged additionally accordingly. IN case we receive any further notification with difference % of GST from central government, than the difference will be liable as applicable.

Any changes in applicable Government Taxes, than mentioned in the above-mentioned points, would be implicated accordingly.

1. Trekking
Trekking to the River Vaishishti can be organized. Our staff shall be glad to take you down the Trails. Please contact the reception for the necessary arrangements.

2. Adventure Sports
Adventure Sports like Rappelling, Vertical Ladder, Burma Bridge, Para-Sailing, Valley crossing, Rock Climbing can be organized under professional guidance. Rates can be obtained from the Front Desk and are available for groups of minimum 15 persons.

3. Boating
Boating can be organized on river Vaishishti in motorized boats. Please call the reception for making the necessary reservations. Transport if required to the Riverfront is available.

Please note:
All the mentioned adventure activities, including trekking, river boating, etc. will only be done for a group of minimum 25 pax, the charges for the same will be on additional cost.
